Proud to have led this fine group of 8 dedicated volunteers to Udaipur, India to work with restorationworksinternational on the restoration of a centuries old Haveli, repurposing it into a community and heritage center that supports migrant woman laborers and will provide a place to make and sell traditional Rajasthani arts and crafts made and sourced locally. Helped the local women in the #BichliHaveliProject clear away some demo rubble in traditional #udaipur style...by #burro!
They`re called "flying foxes" here and every evening around 7pm they fly over the city of #Udaipur like an insect-eating river for more than 15 minutes. I`ve only seen two mosquitoes in five days.

2015 Scholar - Erin Murphy was studying at UCL’s Institute of Archaeology for an MSc in Conservation for Archaeology and Museums. With funding from the ZGTF she was able to travel to Nepal to work on the restoration of Buddhist wall paintings at Chhairo Gompa.
