Tax Information
Your Paypal receipt has being sent to the email address you provided. Please keep it for your records. All tour deposits and fees are a tax-deductible donation in the United States. (Please consult your tax advisor.)
Refunds
Tour fees and deposits are refundable up to 90 days before Day 1 of the trip, less a $75 administration fee. Tour fees are 50% refundable up to 50 days before Day 1 of the trip. Sorry, no refunds within 50 days of tours, but please contact us and we will help you rebook for another tour.
Watch your email for follow-up information
Within 24 hours of your registration and confirmation of receipt of your deposit, we will email you a link to the detailed Volunteer Information Pack and additional instructions. Your tour fee balance is due 45 days prior to Day 1 of the trip. We will send you a Paypal invoice as a reminder.
